1. Consultancy Fees

Consultancy fees are charged for professional time and administrative processing. Once a service has been initiated, fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Application Rejections

Please note that decisions on visas and admissions are made by external authorities. Rejections do not entitle the client to a refund of consultancy fees.

3. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to embassies, insurance providers, or translation services are subject to their own policies and are not refundable by SLNS.
